SMARTVEST is a Black Owned investment holding company, led by Bheki Sibiya, comprising respected and experienced business professionals that have successfully led large organisations.

Our Investment Strategy

SMARTVEST invests primarily in sectors where we have both knowledge and experience; thereby being positioned to add immediate value. We have invested in Financial Services, Food & Beverage, Industrial Holdings and logistics sectors.

We have further strategic investments in both the Supply Chain, as well as Information Technology sectors. This allows us to vertically integrate service offerings from our investments - specifically focusing on supply chain, IT and energy efficiency - where additional value can be delivered to the
investee company.

SMARTVEST provides strategic and tactical support to the management of investee companies, comprising strategic positioning, market development, corporate finance, legal, organisational transformation, supply chain management and logistics. Working hand in hand with management we will deliver performance improvement, sustainable changes and results to the bottom line
